1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tryplicity, our AI-powered article generation platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

Tryplicity is an AI-powered content generation tool that creates articles based on user-provided topics and parameters. Our service includes:

• AI-generated article content with real, verified sources
• Research integration from multiple external APIs
• Article editing, revision, and export capabilities
• Credit-based usage system
• Dashboard for managing generated content
• Affiliate program opportunities

3. Account Registration

To use Tryplicity, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.

4. Credits and Payment

4.1 Credit System

Tryplicity operates on a credit-based system. Each article generation consumes one (1) credit. Credits are deducted immediately when article generation begins, not upon completion. Credits are purchased through our platform and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in Section 4.4.

4.2 Pricing

Current pricing is displayed on our website and may change at any time. We will provide notice of significant price changes. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges for credits purchased.

4.4 Refund Policy

Credit Package Purchases: All credit package purchases are final and non-refundable. You acknowledge that you have reviewed sample articles and understand the service before purchasing.

Automatic Credit Refunds: Credits are automatically refunded ONLY when article generation fails due to server-side errors on our end, including but not limited to: HTTP 500 errors, API failures, and internal technical problems.

No Refunds for User Actions: Credits are NOT refunded when generation is interrupted by user actions, including but not limited to:

• Refreshing the browser page during generation
• Closing the browser tab or window during generation
• Navigating away from the dashboard during generation
• Network disconnection or issues on the user's end
• Browser crashes or user device issues

Acknowledgment: By initiating article generation, you acknowledge that you have been warned that refreshing, closing, or navigating away from the page will result in the loss of your credit without refund. You accept full responsibility for ensuring your browser remains open and connected during the generation process.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Tryplicity only for lawful purposes. You may NOT:

• Generate content that violates laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Create misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
• Use automated tools to abuse or overload our service
• Generate spam, malware, or harmful content
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Share or resell access to your account

6. Content Ownership and Rights

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you generate using Tryplicity. We grant you a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your generated articles.

6.2 Our Rights

You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide our services. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models.

6.3 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You are responsible for:

• Reviewing and verifying all generated content
• Fact-checking citations and sources
• Ensuring content meets your quality standards
• Complying with publication or usage requirements

7. Intellectual Property

Tryplicity and its underlying technology, design, code, and branding are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our platform code or design
• Use our trademarks without written permission
• Create derivative works based on our service
• Remove or alter copyright notices

8. Third-Party Services

Tryplicity integrates with third-party services including:

• Anthropic (Claude API) for AI generation
• Research APIs (Perplexity, Exa, etc.) for source material
• Payment processors for transactions
• Cloud storage and database providers

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service failures or changes.

9. Affiliate Program

If you participate in our affiliate program:

• You must comply with applicable advertising and disclosure laws
• You may not engage in fraudulent referrals or click manipulation
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the program at any time
• Commission rates and terms are subject to change with notice
• Payment of commissions is subject to verification and approval

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Specific response times or generation speeds
• Compatibility with all systems or browsers
• Availability during maintenance or updates

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with or without notice.

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Unused credits will not be refunded.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Fail to pay for services
• Compromise platform security or integrity

We will provide notice when reasonably possible but may terminate immediately for serious violations.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

TRYPLICITY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or quality of generated content
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Security or freedom from viruses or harmful code

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for damages from use or inability to use our service
• We are not liable for third-party content, services, or actions

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of Tryplicity
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of third-party rights
• Content you generate or publish

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or service notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

17. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tryplicity
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them without restriction
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control
